Hugging Face CLI

harborframework/terminal-bench-3.0 has been superseded by harborframework/terminal-bench (https://huggingface.co/datasets/harborframework/terminal-bench), a single continuously-updated dataset repo with one Hub tag per released version (v3.0.0, v4.0.0, ...) instead of a separate repo per version. This updates the dataset id accordingly; task_id (terminalbench_3) is unchanged and still resolves against that repo's eval.yaml.
