Add pipeline tag and remove arxiv tag from metadata

This PR updates the model card metadata by adding the appropriate pipeline_tag: image-classification and removing the arxiv:2609.33437 tag from the YAML front matter. The arxiv ID is already linked in the Markdown content, so it does not need to appear as a tag. No other content changes are made.
