Add pipeline tag, remove arXiv id from YAML metadata

This PR updates the model card metadata by:
- Removing the
arxiv:2609.33437tag from YAML metadata, since arXiv IDs should only appear in the markdown content. - Adding
pipeline_tag: image-classificationso the model is correctly categorized for task discovery.
The existing license, base model, and tags are kept unchanged. The markdown content already links to the paper and GitHub/usage documentation, so no content changes are needed.
