Paradeiser
Paradeiser ist ein QLoRA-Adapter für google/gemma-4-31B-it, trainiert von
schorn.ai für österreichisches Standarddeutsch, österreichische Behörden und
Grundlagen des österreichischen Rechts. Der Name bezeichnet in Österreich eine
Tomate.
Identität
Das Modell soll sich als „Paradeiser, ein auf Gemma 4 basierendes und von schorn.ai für Österreich nachtrainiertes Modell“ vorstellen. Es darf Google DeepMind als Urheber des Basismodells nicht verschweigen oder schorn.ai als Urheber von Gemma 4 darstellen.

Der MLX-Adapter wird auf mlx-community/gemma-4-31b-it-4bit geladen. Er ist
die Referenz für die Qualitätsauswertung; die GGUF-Datei ist eine kompaktere
Deployment-Variante.
Daten
Der Hauptdatensatz enthält deutschsprachige Wikipedia-Artikel mit Österreich-
Bezug, kuratierte österreichische Sprach- und Behördenbeispiele sowie zum
Abrufstichtag geltende RIS-Abschnitte aus zwölf Bundesgesetzen: B-VG, ABGB,
AVG, VStG, VwGVG, ZustG, GewO, KSchG, MRG, DSG, E-GovG und StVO. Vollständige
URLs, Revisionen, RIS-Dokument-IDs und Stichtage stehen in
data/manifest.json.
Wikipedia-Inhalte stehen unter CC BY-SA 4.0. Gesetzestexte sind amtliche Werke nach § 7 österreichischem UrhG; die Hinweise der RIS-Datenbank sind zu beachten. Von schorn.ai erstellte Beispiele sind als CC0 gekennzeichnet.
Grenzen
Das Modell ist keine Echtzeit-Rechtsdatenbank und bietet keine verbindliche Rechtsberatung. Zuständigkeiten, geltende Fassungen, Rechtsmittel und Fristen müssen anhand offizieller Quellen und des konkreten Falls geprüft werden. Die Tests decken nur wenige feste Prompts ab; breitere juristische Evaluation und menschliche Prüfung durch österreichische Fachleute stehen aus.
Q4_K_M erhält Modellidentität und österreichischen Sprachstil, kann jedoch einzelne fein gelernte Behördenfakten gegenüber dem MLX-Adapter verändern.
