Galatea board reader
Reads a cropped chess diagram from a book or screenshot and returns the position: a 13-way classification (empty, or one of 12 pieces) for each of the 64 squares, emitted as the placement field of a FEN.
This is a mirror of the fenify model by Logan Spears, unchanged:
https://github.com/notnil/fenify (release v2023-07-10, file
models_2023-07-10-chessboard-2D-balanced-fen-cpu.pt). It is mirrored here so
Galatea does not depend on the original release staying
available. All credit for the model belongs to its author.
