inquIMG runtime vision models

Pinned, checksum-verified ONNX artifacts used by the proprietary inquIMG desktop application. The model weights remain under their upstream licences; uploading them here does not relicense them or transfer ownership.

rtdetr-r18-coco-640.onnx: exported from PekingU/rtdetr_r18vd@ac77a11ff0170a41b771c03264987f8ce2b0d753 with Optimum/Transformers, ONNX opset 18, batch 1, 640×640. Apache-2.0.
ppocrv6-det-small.onnx: RapidOCR 3.9.2/PaddleOCR PP-OCRv6 text detector. Apache-2.0.
ppocrv6-rec-small.onnx: RapidOCR 3.9.2/PaddleOCR PP-OCRv6 text recognizer with its character set embedded as ONNX metadata. Apache-2.0.

The exact byte lengths and SHA-256 digests are in manifest.json. These files are runtime data, not Python dependencies. inquIMG loads them with its embedded ONNX Runtime on macOS, Windows, and Linux.
