📌 Overview

High-throughput 1D dilated convolutional neural network performing real-time Pan-Tompkins QRS complex peak detection, fiducial alignment, Mayer wave sympathetic oscillation power (0.04-0.15 Hz), and RR-interval variability scoring on raw physiological telemetry.

This LoRA adapter was fine-tuned using Direct Preference Optimization (DPO) on domain-specific clinical datasets conforming strictly to HIPAA §164.514 Safe Harbor de-identification standards.
