Q-Learning Taxi-v3
Trained from scratch with AI assistance using the Hugging Face Unit 2 Q-learning exercise.
Training: 25,000 episodes; random seed 42. Evaluation uses all 100 course-prescribed seeds, without modifications.
Load qtable.npy with NumPy and select actions with argmax(qtable[state]).
