A great model for “a few people”
Hi Kimi,
This is certainly a powerful and even surprising model. However, it's too large for most people who can't afford to build large-scale infrastructure. It seems only companies can operate it.
Hopefully you can release models in the range of 16 billion to 128 billion. Most people can access them to develop agents.
Thank you very much for your contributions to the community.
Yeah, this version is tooooooooo large to afford...
what I'm about to express is not gonna be popular. we actually need to increase the consumer level hardware capabilities which including better simd computing performance, volatile memory capacities, etc. and lower the consumer level hardware retail prices. that ensures large causal artificial intelligent models on edge device performance. but at the moment, we cannot achieve. perhaps in another universe, it happened, everyone has a laptop that filled with 1pb ram and trillion cores simd processors running at 80 watts top.
