Hi Meta team,

My access request to the Meta Llama 3 gating group was rejected. I would like to request a reconsideration.

I am using meta-llama/Meta-Llama-3-8B-Instruct only as a text-encoder dependency for reproducing NVIDIA Kimodo/ARDY for non-commercial academic research.
