Hello Meta Llama team,

My access request for Meta-Llama-3-8B-Instruct was rejected, and I would like to request a reconsideration or reset of the request.

I am integrating the model into NVIDIA Kimodo for local character-motion generation and development. The model would run locally on my own machine for non-commercial development and research. I will not redistribute the model weights or provide a public API or hosted service.

I may have missed required contact information in my original request. Could you please let me know what information was missing and, if possible, reopen or reset the request so I can submit the required details?
