Hello,

My access request to meta-llama/Meta-Llama-3-8B-Instruct was
rejected, but no rejection reason was shown.

I am using the model for academic research to reproduce NVIDIA
Kimodo. Kimodo uses Meta-Llama-3-8B-Instruct only as the base
model for its LLM2Vec text encoder. I will comply with the Meta
Llama 3 license and will not redistribute the model weights.

Could you please clarify the reason for the rejection and
reconsider or reset my access request?
