Hello Meta team,

My access request for the Meta Llama 3 collection on Hugging Face was rejected, and I kindly request a manual review.
I am a master's student from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and I am requesting access for non-commercial academic research only. My intended uses are local inference, benchmarking, and reproducing research experiments related to optimization and large language model-based decision-making.
I will comply with the Meta Llama 3 Community License and will not redistribute the model weights or use them for any prohibited purpose.
