My Hugging Face username is: happy1234567.

My access request for meta-llama/Llama-3.2-3B-Instruct was rejected. I believe this may be due to incomplete or mismatched information in my first submission.

I am an undergraduate student at Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications (NJUPT).I am interested in large language models and efficient inference, and I would like to access Llama-3.2-3B-Instruct for non-commercial academic learning, course projects, and undergraduate research exploration.

This is non-commercial academic work, and I will not redistribute the original model weights.

I have reviewed and agree to comply with the Llama 3.2 Community License and Acceptable Use Policy.

Could you please reset/reopen my access request so that I can submit the corrected information?
