Dear Meta Llama Team,

My access request for Llama-3.2-3B-Instruct was rejected, but no reason was provided.

I am a PhD student conducting academic research in autonomous driving perception and intelligent transportation. My current research focuses on BEV-based perception models and model compression/lightweighting techniques.

I would like to access Llama-3.2-3B-Instruct for academic learning and research purposes, including studying large language models and experimenting with model compression and efficient inference. This is non-commercial academic research.

I will comply with the Llama 3.2 Community License and Acceptable Use Policy.

Could you please reset my access request so that I can submit the application again?
