Hello Meta Llama team,

My access request for meta-llama/Llama-3.1-8B-Instruct was rejected.
I would like to request a reconsideration of my application.

My Hugging Face username is: wsy525

I am a graduate student/researcher at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. I intend to use
Llama-3.1-8B-Instruct only for academic research, specifically to reproduce
the experiments in the COIN AAAI 2026 paper on CommonsenseQA and TriviaQA.

I will comply with the Llama 3.1 Community License and Acceptable Use Policy.
The model will not be used for prohibited purposes or unauthorized commercial
deployment.

I may have entered incomplete or incorrect affiliation information in my
initial request. I have now updated my Hugging Face profile with accurate
information.

Could you please move my request back to pending or review it again?
