Hello Meta team,

I am writing to respectfully request reconsideration of my access request for Meta-Llama-3.1-8B-Instruct.

My intended use is strictly for internal research evaluation. Specifically, I need the model as a judge model in the DLC-Bench evaluation pipeline for multimodal captioning research. The model will not be redistributed or used for any disallowed purpose.

If needed, I am happy to provide additional information regarding my research affiliation, project background, and evaluation setting.

I would sincerely appreciate a second review of my access request.
