Add pipeline tag, paper link, and GitHub repository

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community science team.
This PR improves the model card by:
- Adding the
image-segmentationpipeline tag to the metadata for better discoverability. - Adding links to the research paper and the official GitHub repository.
- Updating the metadata with additional datasets (MSRS, SUS) mentioned in the latest research.
- Providing a more comprehensive performance table across various benchmarks.
- Adding a BibTeX citation for the paper.
