loc-gemma3-27b-adapter

LoRA adapter for google/gemma-3-27b-it, fine-tuned on 1,058 training records to extract a six-field line-of-credit schema (drawn amount, unused capacity, total, presence indicator) from 10-K excerpts. Checkpoint selected on a held-out development split. Load with PEFT on top of the base model; see the accompanying code repository for inference and scoring.
