Duplicate characters v1.1
Thanks for this editing feature i really love it!!
I am trying v1.1 but while i lowered the grounding within the accepted range, i still get a lot duplicate characters. It mostly happens when i prompt for a full body image.
I am unsure what is causing it, but i tried all kinda stuff like changing the resolutions of the original image, decreasing latent size.
For some prompts i cannot simply get it to work and regenerate with fresh seed sometimes work.
If there are no changes, it most likely doesn't know what to do. The model can't do everything unfortunately.
As for cloning, I've only seen that happen when the resolution is >= 2 or if you've changed the aspect ratio/resolution of the output to something very different than the source image.
Could you give my workflow I shared in another post a shot?

Yeah i tried to keep the aspect ratio the same and made sure my images are below the 2 megapixel. I will try your workflow to see if thats different. Thanks for the quick response.
Maybe another question, i have tried to do close-ups, the only way i can achieve it is cropping the face and then feed in. Have you tried/found a way to do it properly when you have for example a waist up image?
Is your source image already a close-up? The model doesn't currently do camera angles and rotation etc. at least from what I remember the creator saying in another reply.
If you mean editing images that are already close-ups, then yes that has worked fine.
I have the same problem. I've tried literally everything. nothing fixes it other than changing the prompt. I write the same prompt in a different way and then if I'm lucky, I don't get duplicates (below the 2 megapixel or lowering/increasing the grounding don't work for me)
Hey, please try the new v1.2 model with reference boost. You can update the nodes via the comfyui manager now :) I've also created and trained on a lot more character data and at higher resolutions to mitigate this issue. I hope it has improved for you and if not it would greatly help me if you could share failed generations for me to take a look at. :)
