Can it be provided as an API for developers? If so, which inference service will it be? Baidu Qianfan or other?

For base/pretrain model, no plan for official api service, sorry for that~
Researchers/developers can try it by using vLLM/SGLang.

Pls stay tuned for more, coming soon:)
