Add pipeline tag for image segmentation

This PR adds the pipeline_tag: image-segmentation to the model card metadata, making the model discoverable under https://huggingface.co/models?pipeline_tag=image-segmentation. The model card already contains a full description, usage code, and links to the paper and repository, so no other changes are needed.
