adapter_config: replace owner-machine path with Qwen/Qwen3.5-0.8B and pin revision 2fc06364
Portability fix, opened by the 2026-09-30 SZL estate audit. The card already says: "QUARANTINE. Research residue. Strip owner-machine absolute paths."
base_model_name_or_path pointed at C:\Users\steph.cache\huggingface\hub\models--Qwen--Qwen3.5-0.8B\snapshots\2fc06364... which PEFT cannot resolve on any other machine. It now names the public repo id, and the exact snapshot commit that was embedded in that path is preserved in revision so lineage becomes more precise, not less.
Two fields changed, CRLF line endings preserved. adapter_model.safetensors and every receipt are untouched; QUARANTINE posture unchanged.
Merged 2026-09-30 by the SZL estate operator with explicit owner authorization, after byte-level diff review. PR-first receipt trail retained; weights and receipts untouched.
