Could you share one minimal failing request and response, plus the runtime/version, quantization, chat template, tool schema and sampling settings? Nearby reports describe two different failure modes: schema and stop-token handling outside rec and planning loops even with tools supplied in rec. Your example would help identify which applies, or whether this is a third case. Please remove tokens and private data before posting.
