Hugging Face CLI

Housekeeping pass following the move to the Qyrou org.

This repo: Point the datasets: frontmatter entry at Qyrou/reasoning-summaries-61k instead of the old SupraLabs path.

Only README.md is touched — no data files, no config, no tokenizer changes.

Note: Qyrou/reasoning-summaries-61k was deliberately left alone. Its X-SupraChat-Client-Token hits sit inside a genuine reasoning trace sample, so they are training data rather than branding and editing them would corrupt the record.
