Replaces params/ and assets/norm_stats.json with the fr3_r1 step-49999 EMA weights (51 FR3 teleop episodes, 50k steps, peak lr 3e-5, batch 32; VL backbone frozen and stored as bf16). config.json: only action.gripper_convention changed to 0 = closed, 1 = open to match this checkpoint's data. README, LICENSE and the rest of config.json are unchanged.
