Open-weight — Download, fine-tune, and deploy without restrictions

The blog post says "deploy without restrictions", but the license very much says there are restrictions. Was this release meant to be under a more friendly license this time, or is that just a typo in the blog post?

Liquid can use whatever license they think is best, but I think the wording there is misleading with the current license.
