I am a rookie here but the model name says 26GB and so does the model card but the safetensors are 70.2 GB. How do I get the 26GB version?

oh this is just my personal projects that i used to keep checkpoints, but since it getting so much recognition, i will fix that tmr and prob release a toolkit for this soon
