Usage

Direct Usage (Sentence Transformers)

First install the Sentence Transformers library:

pip install -U sentence-transformers

Then you can load this model and run inference.

from sentence_transformers import SentenceTransformer

# Download from the 🤗 Hub
model = SentenceTransformer("Erog0291/stew-embedding-v2")
# Run inference
queries = [
    'task: search result | query: Make me a website for my fashion business in Lagos',
]
documents = [
    'title: build_website | text: Build a website or landing page with HTML, CSS and JS, deployed to a live URL. Best for making a portfolio site or creating a landing page for a shop.',
    'title: create_slides | text: Generate presentation slides as PPTX from a topic or outline. Best for making a pitch deck or slides for a class presentation.',
    'title: research | text: Deep multi-angle web research with source citations and a synthesized report. Best for researching a market or comparing companies with citations.',
]
query_embeddings = model.encode_query(queries)
document_embeddings = model.encode_document(documents)
print(query_embeddings.shape, document_embeddings.shape)
# [1, 768] [3, 768]

# Get the similarity scores for the embeddings
similarities = model.similarity(query_embeddings, document_embeddings)
print(similarities)
# tensor([[0.7061, 0.5690, 0.5767]])
