Self-hosted Clef-flash on an 8 GB GPU: prefix caching, 131K-token tests, open source

Thanks for releasing these. I built an open-source portal and API that serves Clef-flash fully offline on an RTX 3070 Ti 8 GB (NF4), with Clef on a 3090.

I added some tweaks to improve performance, especially with images.
Radix-tree prefix cache with a system RAM tier, so shared context and leading images are processed once
Long inputs routed by free memory (GPU, tiled, or KV streamed from RAM); tested to 131K tokens
About 0.2 s per image request on the 3070 Ti; 96/100 (Flash) and 100/100 (Clef) on my own 100-email check

Happy to share findings on NF4 and memory routing if useful to your team.
