p012_first_party_tools_distro

Public, credential-free distribution of small first-party development tools. It contains reviewed release archives only; source code belongs in each tool's source repository, and third-party distributions belong in P011.

P010 resolves the version requested by a consuming project's toolchain.properties, verifies its pinned SHA-256 value and installs it into the shared local tool cache.

Release archives are encoded as Base64 text and stored in ordinary Git rather than Git LFS or Xet. P010 decodes the selected archive before verifying its SHA-256. No account configuration, credentials, encrypted credential backups, logs or local machine paths are permitted in this repository.
