Remove arxiv tag from metadata and add pipeline tag

This PR removes the arxiv:2610.18472 tag from the YAML metadata and adds the pipeline_tag: text-to-image to improve discoverability. The arXiv ID remains referenced in the markdown content as a link to the paper.
