Hi, and thank you for releasing Haiku — the tri-modal alignment of mIF, H&E, and clinical text is a really compelling direction.
I've submitted access requests (HF username: saditee) for both:
- zhihuanglab/Haiku (model)
- zhihuanglab/Haiku-demo-data
and I'd be grateful if you could approve them when you have a moment.
How I intend to use it: Beyond running the demo notebooks, I'd like to evaluate Haiku's embeddings for research purposes — specifically exploring whether its cross-modal representations are informative for drug response prediction. This is exploratory work at the moment, and I have no current plans to publish. Should that change, I would of course cite Haiku and the upstream models (MUSK, VirTues, BiomedBERT) and provide appropriate credit.
