Add model card and robotics metadata

This PR adds a comprehensive model card for WSA-Large, linking it to the paper WSA$_1$: a 3D-Centric World-Spatial-Action Model for Generalizable Robot Control. It also configures the pipeline_tag as robotics so that users can easily discover the model on the Hugging Face Hub, and provides links to the official project page and GitHub repository.
