This PR adds a model card for the paper OphBiWSSD: Scaling Temporal Action Localization in Ophthalmic Surgeries with Bidirectional Weight-tied State Space Duality.
It adds the pipeline_tag: video-classification, ensuring the model can be found at https://huggingface.co/models?pipeline_tag=video-classification, as well as a link to the code repository.
