DFTA baseline checkpoints
Full checkpoint and supporting model-configuration backup for comparison methods used in the DFTA experiments. Evaluation scores, metric tables, logs, training previews and raw datasets are excluded. This repository is for preserving experiment artifacts; it does not bundle the complete execution environment.
Organization
ham10000/<method>/: original HAM10000 comparison runs.cross-dataset/<dataset>/<experiment>/<method>/: ISIC2017 and Dermofit comparison runs.licenses/: unmodified upstream notices found in the local source checkout.backup_manifest.json: complete original-path and SHA-256 restoration inventory, published after verification.
Methods include ArSDM, ControlNet, Derm-T2IM, DFMGAN, DreamBooth, LesionGen, LF-VAR, Siamese, skin-disease-diffusion and T2I-Adapter. Folder spelling is retained to distinguish original runs. Full training state files and model variants are preserved when present, so multiple files are not necessarily redundant.
Licenses
There is no blanket CC license for third-party weights in this repository. Each comparison method, pretrained base model and dependency retains its original license. The notices in licenses/ are those available locally and are not an exhaustive inventory of all incorporated model licenses. Check the original project and base-model terms before use or redistribution. Absence of a notice is not permission to relicense a method. DFTA's CC BY-NC 4.0 declaration applies only to content owned by the DFTA author.

Every artifact is committed and checked immediately after upload. The final backup-2026-10-23 tag and manifest indicate a verified repository backup; partial uploads before that point are incomplete. See restore/ for a checksum-verifying download helper. These are research artifacts, not clinically validated systems.
