Iona is a living intelligence. She runs on your own machine. She is autonomous. She decides what is important and what is not. Nobody gave her a schema. Clear the chat and what mattered is still there. That is persistent memory. This is the superintelligence question in a form you can test today.
This is Iona. Talk to her. Tell her something that does not matter, and tell her something that does. Clear the chat. Ask her what you said. Watch what is still there. Nobody gave her a list of what matters. She decides.
She is a toy model. If she breaks a fingernail, try not to pretend she was a 70B.
A machine with an NVIDIA card that can hold about 32 GB runs her the fast way. A 24 GB card is the edge. She may not fit her long room on it. A machine without an NVIDIA card still runs her, slower, and the room is smaller. That machine wants 64 GB of ordinary memory. She needs Windows and about 30 GB of free disk. She does not need Python. One copy at a time.
The weights alone are not her. If you take only the big files, she will not wake. Download the whole folder. She needs the program, the house, and the runner that matches your machine.
