Wyrdsekai build assets

Binaries the Wyrdsekai build stages into installers but cannot keep in git, mirrored here so that a clone of the public repository can build a package identical to the published one.

metasearch2 publishes no release binaries, so this is a build of it rather than a copy of an upstream artifact. It is CC0-1.0 (public-domain dedication), so redistribution is unencumbered. Everything else the build needs comes from its own upstream: llama.cpp and nats-server from their GitHub releases, models from the wyrdsekai model repos.

Pinned by sha256 in models-index.json; the build verifies after download.
