EMA-consolidated research checkpoint archive.
Layer-selection grid: pinned per-source K/V norm on/off (lsel_pin), sel28 e/f/s arms, and the select28_bb noise/freeze cells (n0f0, n0f1, n1e28, n1f0, n1f1, n1unif). Verdict: the selector objective is flat -- 6 inits reach ~chance with different maps at identical loss; fixed first-28 is the shipped configuration.
Each *.shards.stepNNNNNN/state.pt holds only the EMA payload (state['extra']['ema'], fp32, clean names) extracted from the original training checkpoint, fingerprint-verified against engine_meta.pt. Loadable directly by methods/lafm/vla_flow_ft.py:load_pretrain_trainables with init_use_ema=true. Optimizer states were not retained.
