MorphCell checkpoints

This repository hosts pretrained checkpoints for MorphCell, a framework for three-dimensional cell morphology analysis.

morphcell_cross_self.ckpt	MorphCell: cross-view + self-reconstruction (main model)
morphcell_direct_self.ckpt	MorphCell: direct + self-reconstruction (ablation)
dfn_dgcnn.ckpt	DFN baseline with a DGCNN encoder
cytodl_point.ckpt	CytoDL point-cloud baseline

To download all four checkpoints, run the following command from the root of the cloned MorphCell repository:

hf download visytudz/MorphCell --include "*.ckpt" --local-dir checkpoints
