DeepHistomorphometry OB
Species-agnostic osteoblast segmentation model for bone histomorphometry image
patches. The archive contains a 2D nnU-Net v2 model with RGB input channels and
tb, obsurface, and ob foreground labels.
Use the model through the OB command-line pipeline in the DeepHistomorphometry repository. The pipeline accepts whole-slide TIFFs or existing patches and produces PNG masks plus quantitative CSV outputs.
This model is intended for research use. It is not a clinical device and must not be used as the sole basis for diagnosis or treatment. Results may vary with stain quality, scanner characteristics, tissue preparation, and inputs outside the training distribution.
