DeepCreamPy v2 bar inpainting net (ONNX)

ONNX conversion of the DeepCreamPy v2 beta TensorFlow checkpoint (bar inpainting network).

Upstream checkpoints: DeepCreamPy v2.2.0-beta release (https://github.com/Deepshift/DeepCreamPy, "09-11-2019 DCPv2 model"). The upstream release ships no explicit license — the weights are (c) the upstream authors; mirrored here for interoperability with the conversion tooling, personal use.
Conversion: mangosh tools/convert-dcp-onnx.py (TF checkpoint → ONNX)
Contract: input 1×256×256×3 crop in [-1,1] + input_mask (1 = keep, 0 = reconstruct); output output_image in [-1,1]

Usage in mangosh

mangosh models download fetches decensor_bar.onnx into assets/model/dcp-bar/ for the decensor stage (registry key dcp-bar).
