Hi,

Thank you very much for providing these prebuilt torchaudio wheels.

I’m currently working in the following environment:

Ubuntu 22.04
Python 3.12
PyTorch 2.12.0+cu132
x86_64

I noticed that the repository currently provides a torchaudio 2.12.0+cu132 wheel for Windows, and a Linux x86_64 wheel for torchaudio 2.13.0+cu132, but I could not find a Linux wheel matching torch 2.12.0+cu132 and Python 3.12.

Would it be possible to provide a wheel like:

torchaudio-2.12.0+cu132-cp312-cp312-linux_x86_64.whl

This would be very helpful for avoiding ABI compatibility issues with PyTorch 2.12.0.
