scGPT whole-human (mirror)

Byte-identical mirror of the scGPT whole-human pretrained checkpoint (pretrained on 33 million normal human cells), published by the authors on Google Drive: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1oWh_-ZRdhtoGQ2Fw24HP41FgLoomVo-y

This mirror exists so that the checkpoint can be downloaded programmatically (pinned revision, checksums) by u-cellm and other tools. The files are unmodified.
