Questions on Baseline Selection
Thanks for open-sourcing the model and evaluation tools! Great work!
I have two quick questions about the evaluation:
How were the baselines selected? I noticed that GroundingPI reports additional baselines and higher scores on some overlapping benchmarks, which might be useful references.
Does "strongest baseline" refer to the strongest model under certain constraints, such as open-source availability and model size? I'm also curious how the model compares with current frontier proprietary models.
Thanks again for your great work! Looking forward to your thoughts.
