Echo-WM Flash/Causal bundle for ComfyUI
This repository is a convenience mirror of the exact model files used by Comfyui-Echo-WM-T8. It contains the Echo-WM Flash Preview checkpoint and the matching Gemma 3 text encoder in the directory layout expected by the nodes.

tokenizer and processor files
Only the Flash/Causal files required by the node pack are mirrored. The
Echo-WM Base checkpoint is intentionally not included. All weight files are
unmodified copies pinned in MODEL_SOURCES.json; verify
them with SHA256SUMS.
Download
First request access on this model page and acknowledge both upstream terms. Then authenticate and download the bundle:
hf auth login
hf download t8star/Echo-WM-Comfy --local-dir /path/to/echo-wm-models
Set the Isolated Runtime node's model_root to that directory. The default
ComfyUI smoke preset is 256x128 at 25 frames; the low-resolution ten-second
preset is 256x128 at 241 frames.

LICENSE-ECHO-WM.txt, including its use restrictions.
Gemma is distributed under the
Gemma Terms of Use and incorporated
Prohibited Use Policy.
Copies captured from the canonical Google pages at publication time are stored
as GEMMA_TERMS_OF_USE.html and GEMMA_PROHIBITED_USE_POLICY.html. The
required Gemma distribution notice is in NOTICE.
Downloading, using, or redistributing these files means you must comply with the applicable upstream terms. The weights are provided as-is and are not relicensed by this mirror.
