Add pipeline tag and enrich model card with installation and usage instructions

This PR improves the model card by:
- Adding the
image-to-videopipeline tag to the metadata so that users can easily discover this driving world model on the Hub. - Adding a model description and system architecture diagram using an absolute URL.
- Incorporating installation and quickstart video generation (rollout) instructions directly from the official repository.
- Correcting and linking the full author list.
- Adding the BibTeX citation.
