PoC: NetCDF-C v1h_get_NC_var() Unchecked ndims → Stack Buffer Overflow (CWE-121)

libsrc/v1hpg.c reads ndims from a CDF header with no upper-bound check. Downstream in NC_getshape():

int dimids[NC_MAX_VAR_DIMS];   // fixed 1024-element stack array
// copies varp->ndims elements — no bounds check

With ndims = 1025, the copy writes one past the array → stack smash.
