Add RTX 5070 community benchmark (41.8 s median)

Following up on RTX 5070 SPEED (#3): I ran Idol on my RTX 5070 (12 GB).
The median was 41.8 s per image across eight SDK examples at 50 steps / 262,144 Gaussians, with the default optimizations enabled. This adds the result to the GPU table, plus the benchmark script, raw timings, environment, and image hashes.
Measured on native Windows 11 with PyTorch 2.11.0+cu128. Timings cover the complete pipeline call, synchronized on CUDA, after two warm-ups; model loading and file export are excluded. All eight outputs contained 262,144 Gaussians with finite values.
The row is marked as a community measurement because the original eight-image set is not published. Full method and per-image results are in benchmarks/rtx5070-windows.md.
