The queries in the publication section could be enhanced with additional filters, such as:

• Sorting by journal and its impact factor.
  • Displaying the current filter (e.g., number of citations) applied for sorting.
• Identifying whether the paper is experimental and includes biophysical findings.
• Indicating if the paper has been curated previously and for which models, as referenced in Discussion #9 :D
  • Highlighting the exact parts of the paper that have been cited and curated would be a great addition, if feasible.
• Visualizing its graph relationship with other publications, particularly within our annotated bibliography.
